1. Custom-Made Products
Most of our seat covers and certain other products are custom-made according to the vehicle details provided and confirmed by the customer.
Because these products are manufactured specifically for your vehicle, they are not eligible for return, exchange, cancellation, or refund once production has started, except where required under applicable consumer laws.
2. Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled only before production or processing begins.
- Once an order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled as materials and manufacturing processes have already been initiated.
- Any approved refund for eligible cancellations will be processed through the original payment method.
3. Returns for Ready-to-Ship Products
Ready-to-ship products may be eligible for return only if:
- The item received is damaged during transit.
- An incorrect product was delivered.
- The product has a verified manufacturing defect.
The product must be unused, uninstalled, in its original packaging, and returned with all accessories, labels, and documentation.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom-made products
- Products manufactured according to customer-approved vehicle specifications
- Used or installed products
- Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse
- Products damaged after delivery
- Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless defective)
5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please report the issue as soon as possible after delivery.
To help us investigate the issue, you may be asked to provide:
- Clear photographs of the product
- Images of the packaging
- A description of the issue
Each request will be reviewed before approving a replacement, return, or refund.
6. Refund Process
Once an eligible return is received, inspected, and approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method.
The time taken for the refunded amount to reflect may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. Replacement Policy
Where applicable, replacement may be offered instead of a refund if:
- The wrong product was shipped.
- The product has a verified manufacturing defect.
- The product was damaged before delivery.
Replacement approval is subject to inspection and verification.
8. Incorrect Vehicle Details
Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information, including make, model, variant, model year, seating configuration, and any other requested details.
Products manufactured based on incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund.
9. Installation Responsibility
Professional installation is recommended for products requiring fitting.
Issues resulting from improper installation, unauthorized modifications, misuse, or normal wear and tear are not covered under this policy.
10. Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges, express production fees, installation charges, and other service fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is approved due to our error or a verified manufacturing defect.
11. Right to Refuse Returns
We reserve the right to refuse any return or refund request that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy or where there is evidence of misuse, unauthorized modifications, or damage caused after delivery.
12. Changes to This Policy
