All our seat covers are custom-made to order for your specific vehicle. Each set is crafted based on your car's make, model, variant, model year, and seating configuration to ensure a precise, factory-style fit.


2. Will the seat covers fit my car perfectly?

Yes. Every seat cover is manufactured according to your confirmed vehicle details, providing a much more accurate fit than universal seat covers.

For the best appearance, comfort, and durability, professional installation is highly recommended.


3. What vehicle details are required before placing an order?

To ensure a perfect fit, we may require the following details:

  • Vehicle Make
  • Model
  • Model Year
  • Variant
  • Seating Configuration
  • Armrest Details (if applicable)
  • Seat Photographs (when required)

Our team may contact you to verify these details before your order goes into production.


4. How long does delivery take?

Since every seat cover is made exclusively for your vehicle, standard delivery usually takes 20–25 days.

Each order goes through precision cutting, stitching, detailing, finishing, and quality inspection to ensure the highest level of craftsmanship.


5. Is Express Delivery available?

Yes. We offer Express Delivery for an additional ₹1,000.

Your order receives priority production and is typically delivered within 7 days, subject to vehicle detail verification and production feasibility.


6. Do you provide installation services?

Yes. Customers visiting Bombay Rexine Stores, Asansol can have their seat covers professionally installed by our experienced technicians.

A nominal installation charge applies and is payable directly to the technician. Professional installation is recommended for the best fit and finish.


7. Can I customise the colour of my seat covers?

Absolutely.

We offer colour customisation across our seat cover range. Simply share your preferred colour or a clear colour reference with our team. If the requested shade is available in the selected material, we'll customise your order accordingly.


8. Can custom-made seat covers be returned, exchanged, or refunded?

No.

As every seat cover is manufactured specifically for your vehicle, custom-made orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has started.

Before production begins, we carefully verify all required vehicle details to minimise the possibility of fitment issues. Once these details are confirmed and manufacturing starts, the order is uniquely made for your vehicle and therefore cannot be cancelled or returned.


9. What happens if I provide incorrect vehicle details?

Your seat covers are manufactured based on the vehicle information you provide and confirm.

If incorrect or incomplete details are submitted, Bombay Rexine Stores cannot be held responsible for any fitment issues.
